HYDERABAD: The academic departments at Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam came under detailed review as a team from the National Agricultural Education Accreditation Council (NAEAC), operating under the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad, conducted a formal accreditation visit to evaluate five undergraduate degree programmes.
The team expressed confidence in departmental performance while recommending enhanced commercialisation of academic outputs and stronger industry-academia linkages.
The evaluation covered five programmes i.e. Soil Science, Biotechnology, Dairy Technology, Fisheries & Aquaculture, and Poultry Science as part of NAEAC’s mandate to assess academic quality, institutional performance, and compliance with national standards in agricultural education.
