KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX, the total traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS, Indices, and Agricultural commodities stood at PKR 24.516 billion with 72,830 lots traded.

The highest activity was recorded in Gold (PKR 8.902 billion) followed by NSDQ100 (PKR 7.019 billion), COTS (PKR 4.450 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.173 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 959.524 million), SP500 (PKR 455.843 million), Brent (PKR 436.165 million), Soybean (PKR 227.801 million), DJ (PKR 220.655 million), Copper (PKR 177.703 million), Aluminium (PKR 141.775 million), Wheat (PKR 120.474 million), Natural Gas (PKR 120.611 million), Cotton (PKR 61.719 million), Japan Equity 225 (PKR 33.385 million), Corn (PKR 12.744 million) and Rice (PKR 3.343 million).

In Agricultural commodities, a total of 81 lots were traded, amounting to PKR 426.080 million.
