KARACHI: The Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Reza Amiri Moghadam has expressed sincere gratitude to the government, armed forces, and people of Pakistan for their support and cooperation during the recent visit of an Iranian delegation led by Foreign Minister Syed Abbas Araghchi.
In a statement issued at the conclusion of the visit, the ambassador said the delegation’s regional diplomatic tour was aimed at reviewing bilateral relations and consulting on key regional developments.
He particularly appreciated the efforts of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir for their role in promoting peace and stability in the region.

He noted that the visit was conducted in a completely secure and peaceful environment, crediting Pakistan’s effective planning, management, and implementation.
The ambassador also thanked the armed forces, security agencies, police, and officials of various institutions for ensuring smooth arrangements. He further praised the hospitality, patience, and cooperation of the people of Pakistan, especially residents of Islamabad.
Reaffirming strong bilateral ties, the ambassador concluded with the message: “Iran-Pakistan friendship zindabad.”
