KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX, the total traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS, Indices, and Agricultural commodities stood at PKR 21.461 billion with 53,059 lots traded.
The highest activity was recorded in Gold (PKR 7.656 billion) followed by COTS (PKR 6.666 billion), NSDQ100 (PKR 2.776 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.505 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 680.439 million), Soybean (PKR 393.096 million), Cotton (PKR 336.052 million), Copper (PKR 332.211 million), DJ (PKR 332.416 million), Brent (PKR 241.359 million), SP 500 (PKR 197.396 million), Aluminium (PKR 130.676 million), Wheat (PKR 110.124 million), Natural Gas (PKR 73.134 million), Japan Equity 225 (PKR 16.667 million) and Rice (PKR 14.690 million).
In Agricultural commodities, a total of 296 lots were traded, amounting to PKR 853.961 million.
