KARACHI: Kuwait’s Consul General in Karachi Salem Al-Hamdan paid a farewell call on Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nihal Hashmi, here at the Governor House on Sunday, where both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and expanding economic cooperation.
The two dignitaries discussed Pakistan–Kuwait relations, with a focus on enhancing collaboration in trade, investment and other key sectors.
The Governor appreciated the Consul General’s services and contributions during his tenure, and extended best wishes for his future assignments.
Both sides reiterated their resolve to further promote bilateral relations and maintain close cooperation in the years ahead.
Al-Hamdan said the Kuwaiti royal family holds Karachi in high regard and noted that Kuwaiti investors have shown keen interest in exploring investment opportunities in Sindh, particularly in Karachi.
