Pakistan, Poland reaffirm commitment to strengthen ties in high-level phone call

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Sunday received a telephone call from Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, during which the two leaders discussed bilateral ties and key regional and global developments.

According to the Foreign Office, both sides appreciated the positive momentum in Pakistan-Poland relations and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Sikorski commended Pakistan’s efforts in facilitating a ceasefire between Iran and the United States and appreciated Islamabad’s continued commitment to dialogue and diplomacy in promoting peace and stability in the region.
He also invited Dar to visit Poland in June 2026, the statement added.
