KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and Sindh Minister for Labour, Human Resources and Social Security Saeed Ghani called on Governor Sindh Muhammad Nehal Hashmi separately at the Governor House to congratulate him on assuming his office as the Governor.
The Governor thanked them for their good wishes. They also discussed the overall situation of the province and matters of mutual interest.
The Governor emphasised relief to the public by ensuring control over food prices during the month of Ramadan.
The Chief Minister assured that necessary steps were being taken to control the prices.
Both leaders expressed their determination to continue joint initiatives for the development and prosperity of the province centred at the better life of the people.
The Governor and Saeed Ghani, during their interactive session, also discussed measures to protect workers’ rights, generate employment opportunities and ensure social security.
They resolved to work together for a better future of the youth by equipping them with modern sciences and technology and providing them with a favourable socio-economic environment.
