Zardari conveys good wishes to Hosseini Khamenei

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has conveyed his good wishes to His Eminence Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei following his election and appointment as the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In his message, the President noted that the region is facing serious tensions and conflict.

He expressed hope that the situation will stabilise and that conditions will improve for the people of the region.
