Burj Clean Energy Modaraba (GEM) announced on Thursday that its board had proposed appointing Nadeem Lodhi as Director and Chief Executive of Burj Investment Management Limited.
The company announced in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today.
The notice said that Nadeem would be appointed in place of Nabeel Anjum Malik following his resignation.
“Nadeem’s appointment was subject to the approval of the Registrar of Modaraba, Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, as required under the Modaraba Regulations, 2021. Until then, Nabeel will continue to fulfil his responsibilities diligently to ensure a smooth transition,“ the notice read.
