KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party Karachi Division’s President and Sindh Minister Saeed Ghani has suspended office-bearers of various districts of Karachi for violating the discipline of the party.
The suspended party officials included Rizwan Rafique, President of PS 127 in District Central, Iqbal Kakar, Finance Secretary of District South, and Sain Bakhsh Banglani, Public Relations Secretary of District Korangi.
Abdul Wahid Chhutto, Senior Vice President of PS 127 in District Central, has been nominated as the Acting President of PS 127.
Saeed Ghani said that those suspended have been given five days to explain their position and defend themselves in writing. They will not be able to participate in any party activities or represent the party during the period of their suspension. In case of their failure to defend, further strict action can be taken against them.
