ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has paid rich tribute to the Pakistan Army for launching ‘Operation Ghazab Lil Haq,’ describing it as a swift and decisive response to what he termed an unprovoked attack by the Afghan Taliban.
The PPP Chairman, in his statement on Friday, said that the operation once again demonstrated Pakistan’s resolve and defensive strength in the region. He lauded the armed forces for their preparedness and professionalism, stating that the nation stands united behind its military in safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Bilawal Bhutto urged the Afghan authorities to refrain from acting as a proxy for hostile interests and to abandon policies that, he said, risk further destabilizing the region.
