KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX, the total traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS, Indices, and Agricultural commodities stood at PKR 41.532 billion with 59,978 lots traded.
The highest activity was recorded in COTS (PKR 15.683 billion) followed by Gold (PKR 10.990 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 7.758 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.932 billion), SP500 (PKR 1.759 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.535 billion), DJ (PKR 743.698 million), Copper (PKR 336.163 million), Natural Gas (PKR 228.642 million), Japan Equity 225 (PKR 166.491 million), Cotton (PKR 227.101 million), Brent (PKR 45.104 million), Palladium (PKR 48.084 million) and Aluminium (PKR 34.824 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 139 lots were traded, amounting to PKR 272.839 million, mainly in Cotton, Wheat, and Soybean.
