Indonesia’s coal exports down 3.66% in 2025, statistics bureau says

JAKARTA: Indonesia exported 390.93 million metric tons of coal in 2025, down 3.66% in volume from a year earlier, the statistics bureau said on Monday.
The shipments were worth $24.48 billion.
The bureau’s figures are based on reports from the customs office.
The data may differ from those provided by the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry, which are based on reports from mining companies.
