KARACHI: On the directives of Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi, the City administration’s drive against roadside soft encroachments and eateries continues, with Deputy Commissioners of Central and Keamari districts having submitted their reports on the operation carried out in their districts.
According to the reports, on Friday, ten eateries and shops were sealed, and 2 were warned in a crackdown on 12 roadside encroachments.
Deputy Commissioner Central, Taha Saleem, said a pan shop and 2 photocopy cabins were sealed near Board of Intermediate office, while 5 shops were sealed in North Nazimabad and Paharganj areas, including Taj Hassan Pakwan, Chaye Dhabha, MashaAllah Car Gas, Hassan Zai Auto, Rent-a-Car, and a puncture shop.
