ISLAMABAD: The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Rawalpindi will conduct the National Registration Examination (NRE) Step-2 Clinical Skills Examination (CSE) on January 24-25 and January 31-February 1, 2026, in line with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) regulations under Section 18 of the Council Act 2022, the PMDC announced on Friday.
According to the PMDC, admit cards have been issued to all eligible candidates, who are urged to arrive at the examination venues promptly.
The NRE Step-2 CSE, which is held biannually, is open to candidates who have successfully completed the Step-1 exam. A total of 1,849 medical graduates from across the country have registered for the upcoming exam.
