Sitara Peroxide Limited (SPL) announced on Wednesday key appointments in the company.
The chemical manufacturer shared in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
The notice said that Muhammad Bin Imran was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors for a term of three years.

Moreover, Imran Ghafoor was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company for a term of three years.
According to information available on Sitara Peroxide’s website, Ghafoor has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience. He completed his master’s in business administration from Punjab University, and took several industrial and business, finance, marketing, management and leadership courses from Boston University and LUMS.
Besides Sitara Group of Industries, he has been associated with a number of leading national and international business associations, including FCCI, APTMA and APCEA.
Sitara Peroxide Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
The principal activity of the company is the manufacturing and sale of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and Sitara Safe (disinfectant).
