KARACHI: The Regional Tax Office (RTO)-II, Karachi, in coordination with Inland Revenue Intelligence & Investigation (I&I), has detained three trucks carrying 1,800 bags of sugar bearing fake Track & Trace System (TTS) stamps during an enforcement operation on the National Highway.
According to the details, the interception took place at Sassi Toll Plaza, where authorities stopped and inspected the vehicles transporting sugar allegedly from Chambar Sugar Mills. The detained trucks have been identified by their registration numbers: TKA-042, SDA-899, and AE-1488.
