New pipeline in BRT corridor installed

KARACHI: Installation of new pipeline in place of old 60-inch diameter valve in BRT corridor has been completed. Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation’s Spokesman said that on the special instructions of CEO Water Corporation Ahmed Ali Siddiqui, the repair and installation work was completed ahead of schedule.

Due to day and night continued hard work and efforts of Water Corporation teams, the work was completed ahead of schedule. Water supply has been restored as usual in Saddar Town, Jamshed Road, PIB Colony and Lines Area.

Chief Engineer WTM Syed Muhammad Ijaz and SE WTM Tanveer Sheikh continuously monitored all the repair work till completion.
