MOSCOW: Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday that it was premature to speak about striking a peace deal in the near future on Ukraine, the Interfax news agency reported.

When asked by reporters if a peace deal was close, Peskov answered: “Wait, it’s premature to say that yet.”
