LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Aalia Neelum constituted a three member bench to hear an appeal of a disqualified MNA Jamshed Dasti.
The bench headed by the Chief Justice will proceed with the appeal on September 10. A LHC single bench had referred the appeal to the Chief Justice for its disposal by some larger bench.
