QUETTA: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) MPA Ali Hassan Zehri has taken oath as provincial minister in Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti’s cabinet on Wednesday at Governor House in Quetta.
Governor Balochistan Jaffir Khan Mandokhel administered the oath from newly appointed minister.
Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, provincial ministers, Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri, former Chief Minister Balochistan Quddus Bizenjo, senior government officers and party workers also participated in the swearing-in ceremony.
Talking to media after the ceremony, Ali Hassan Zehri claimed that Chief Minister Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti was not serious about the uplift of the province. He said whenever he (Ali Hassan Zehri) met Safraz Bugti he always gave lamed excuses about the development funds.
MPA Zehri claimed that CM Bugti does not want progress in the province. He claimed despite several appeals, CM Bugti has refused to open Balochistan Bank branch in Hub district.
Zehri claimed that all of the development he had started in his constituency were taken from Centre as the provincial government was least interested in it.
