KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS and indices was recorded at PKR 33.833 billion and the number of lots traded was 28,844.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 16.524 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 5.043 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.221 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 3.325 billion), Silver (PKR 1.804 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.283 billion), SP 500 (PKR 503.519 million), Natural Gas (PKR 390.042 million), DJ (PKR 241.437 million), Copper (PKR 166.886 million), Palladium (PKR 131.991 million), Brent (PKR 102.506 million), Japan Equity (PKR 74.589 million) and Aluminium (PKR 20.299, million).
In Agricultural commodities, 15 lots amounting to PKR 14.596 million were traded.
