South Korea's KOCOPIA gets offers in 165,000 T corn tender

HAMBURG: The lowest offer in the international tender from South Korea's Korea Corn Processing Industry Association (KOCOPIA) on Tuesday to purchase about 165,000 tonnes of optional-origin corn was $222.60 a tonne C&F, European traders said.

The offer was made for 55,000 tonnes.

A separate offer of $222.98 a tonne C&F was made for 60,000 tonnes.

Offers are still being considered an no purchase has yet been made

The corn is sought in three 55,000 tonne consignments for arrival in South Korea in May.
