PQEPC team meets Aurangzeb

ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb and Minister for Power Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari held a meeting with the delegation of Port Qasim Electric Power Company (PQEPC) led by CEO PQEPC Liang, said a press release.

The PQEPC delegation briefed the ministers that the operations of the power company as well as certain issues faced by them due to overdue receivables. The delegation emphasized that Power-China, is a major state-owned Chinese enterprise and key investor in Pakistan’s energy market. The company would continue to work with the Government of Pakistan and play its role in the improvement of power sector.
