KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS and indices was recorded at PKR 22.797 billion and the number of lots traded was 15,621.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 9.629billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 5.245 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.019 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.351 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.210 billion), Silver (PKR 797.820 million), DJ (PKR 557.878 million), SP 500 (PKR 288.073 million), Natural Gas (PKR 246.507 million), Copper (PKR 230.593 million), Japan Equity (PKR 74.397 million), Palladium (PKR 73.635 million), Aluminum (PKR 52.655 million)and Brent (PKR 19.387 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 11 lots amounting to PKR 49.560 million were traded.
