KARACHI: On Friday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS and indices was recorded at PKR 24.992 billion and the number of lots traded was 17,115.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 14.249 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 5.223billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.053 billion), Platinum (PKR 907.350 million), Crude Oil (PKR 817.009 million), SP 500 (PKR 420.366 million), Silver (PKR 404.635 million), DJ (PKR 385.436 million), Natural Gas (PKR 228.220 million), Palladium (PKR 98.932 million), Copper (PKR 95.365 million), Japan Equity (PKR 74.382 million), Brent (PKR 18.250 million) and Aluminum (PKR 16.750 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 13 lots amounting to PKR 43.212 million were traded.
