HONG KONG: HSBC Holdings said on Thursday its best lending rate in Hong Kong remains unchanged at 5.875%, after the city’s de facto central bank kept unchanged the base rate charged through its overnight discount window, tracking the US Federal Reserve’s decision to keep rates steady.
