Ugandan shilling unchanged; importer dollar demand low

KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was stable on Wednesday amid slow demand for dollars from commercial banks and merchandise importers, traders said.

Ugandan shilling stable on NGOs and commodity exporter dollar inflows

At 1001 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,810/3,820, same level as Tuesday’s closing rate.
