KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.773 billion and the number of lots traded at 14,892.
Major business was contributed by Currencies through Gold amounting to PKR 5.873 billion, followed by COTS (PKR 5.028 billion), Crude (PKR 3.207 billion), NSDQ100 (PKR 1.473 billion), Platinum (PKR 792.989 million), DJ (PKR 552.078 million), Silver (PKR 490.388 million), Natural Gas (PKR 99.765 million), Japan Equity 225/USD (PKR 90.703 million), Brent (PKR 88.404 million), SP500 (PKR 53.743 million) and Copper (PKR 23.384 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 37 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 49.657 million were traded.
