KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 13.920 billion and the number of lots traded at 14,520.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 4.851 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.440 billion), NSDQ100 (PKR 1.770 billion), Silver (PKR 1.678 billion), Crude (PKR 1.022 billion), Platinum (PKR 756.831 million), DJ (PKR 535.575 million), Natural Gas (PKR 419.955 million), Copper (PKR 193.968 million), SP500 (PKR 190.872 million), Brent (PKR 1.910 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 59.670 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 12 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 11.459 million were traded.
