KARACHI: Gold prices on Thursday shot up to another historic high on the local market, traders said. They increased by Rs2250 to Rs166400 per tola and Rs1929 to Rs142661 per 10 grams.
On the world market, gold prices were quoted for $1784 per ounce. Silver was available for $1860 per tola and Rs1594.65 per 10 grams, traders said.
