KARACHI: On Wednesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 13.080 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,241.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.340 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.026 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.883 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.846 billion), Silver (PKR 521.168 million), DJ (PKR 377.069 million), Platinum (PKR 335.419 million), Natural Gas (PKR 334.148 million), SP 500 (PKR 265.651 million), Copper (PKR 137.463 million) and Brent (PKR 13.383 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 9 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 8.385 million were traded.
