PESHAWAR: Former FPCCI president Ghazanfar Bilour extended gratitude to the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for appointing him as Focal Person of Chief Minister on ‘Ease of Doing Business’ (EoDB).
Ghazanfar Bilour reiterated his resolve that he will come up to the provincial government’s expectations in return for the trust it reposed in him. He promised to make vigorous efforts for promotion of investment and ease of doing business in the province.
In a statement issued here on Thursday, he thanked the KP government for appointing him, saying that it is high matter great pride and honour of me to serve for boosting up economy and businesses in the province.
Being affiliated with a businessman family, the ex-FPCCI chief said he will present concrete proposals and plans to the provincial government for promotion of business activities, smooth trade and economic activities, especially ‘ease of doing business.’
Ghazanfar Bilour expressed hope that the ease would be created in doing business in light of his recommendations that would help to stabilize and strengthen the provincial economy.
Besides, he added that traders and businessmen would become more prosperous and provide them a congenial/favorable environment for doing business in the province under his initiatives.
The newly appointed focal person vowed that he will play a vital role in wooing investment and investors in the province.
According to a notification, the KP government has given important targets to Ghazanfar Bilour and asked him to create a favorable business climate and ease of doing business in the province.
