KARACHI: Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited has received a notice of public announcement of intention from M/s Aiapak Investment Limited, through its Manager to the Offer, i.e. Topline Securities Limited, to acquire control of over 1.135 billion voting shares (75 percent of paid up capital) of the Company.

This intention has been notified to the Board of Directors of the Company, material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday said.
