KARACHI: On Wednesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 24.856 billion and the number of lots traded at 22,908.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.078 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 4.281 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.169 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 3.176 billion), DJ (PKR 2.024 billion), Silver (PKR 1.958 billion), SP 500 (PKR 609.011 million), Platinum (PKR 482.294 million), Copper (PKR 467.189 million), Japan Equity (PKR 373.182 million), Natural Gas (PKR 218.914 million) and Brent (PKR 17.240 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.655 were traded.
