KARACHI: On Monday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 6.726 billion and the number of lots traded at 21,368.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 1.900 billion, followed by Crude Oil (PKR 1.701 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.172 billion), Silver (PKR 653.611 million), NSDQ 100 (PKR 616.587 million), Copper (PKR 239.822 million), DJ (PKR 145.464 million), SP 500 (PKR 123.862 million), Platinum (PKR 67.890 million), Natural Gas (PKR 64.689 million), Japan Equity (PKR 32.200 million), and Brent (PKR 3.442 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 5 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 4.932 million was traded.
