KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 16.608 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,752. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 5.775 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 5.378 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.683 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.394 billion), Silver (PKR 898.787 million), DJ (PKR 535.666 million), SP 500 (PKR 287.258 million), Platinum (PKR 248.193 million), Natural Gas (PKR 148.965 million), Copper (PKR 104.760 million), Japan Equity (PKR 76.711 million), Palladium (PKR 73.758 million) and Brent (PKR 3.158 million).
