ABIDJAN: Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast had reached 1.804 million tonnes by May 8 since the start of the season on Oct. 1, down 4% from the same period last season, exporters estimated on Monday.
Raw sugar prices ease, arabica coffee also lower
About 12,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to Abidjan port and 22,000 tonnes to San Pedro between May 1 and May 8 for a total of 34,000 tonnes, down from 50,000 tonnes during the same week last season.
