KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 15.653 billion and the number of lots traded at 14,682.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 4.893 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.322 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.845 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.589 billion), DJ (PKR 1.441 billion), Silver (PKR 926.116 million), Platinum (PKR 169.293 million), Copper (PKR 167.110 million), Natural Gas (PKR 140.334 million), SP 500 (PKR 91.164 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 66.792 million). In Agricultural Commodities, on lot of cotton amounting to PKR 1.296 million was traded.
