KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 15.782 billion and the number of lots traded at 14,148. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 5.855 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.670 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.631 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 968.732 million), Silver (PKR 604.135 million), DJ (PKR 364.492 million), Platinum (PKR 306.769 million), SP 500 (PKR 145.054 million), Natural Gas (PKR 114.264 million), Japan Equity (PKR 66.667 million) and Copper (PKR 55.189 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 10 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 12.720 million were traded.
