KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 22.356 billion and the number of lots traded at 19,279.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.504 billion, followed by Crude Oil (PKR 4.914 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.642 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.516 billion), DJ (PKR 2.040 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.006 billion), Silver (PKR 805.045 million), Copper (PKR 521.578 million), SP 500 (PKR 267.255 million), Japan Equity (PKR 76.081 million) and Natural Gas (PKR 60.854 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 10 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 10.395 million were traded.
