KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 11.204 billion and the number of lots traded at 10,080. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.419 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.059 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.602 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.383 billion), Copper (PKR 895.066 million), Natural Gas (PKR 713.448 million), DJ (PKR 412.888 million), Silver (PKR 334.113 million), Platinum (PKR 264.831 million), Japan Equity (PKR 66.660 million) and SP 500 (PKR 52.909 million). In Agriculture Commodities, 41 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 31.565 million were traded.
