KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.481 billion and the number of lots traded at 14,253.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to Rs 12.180 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (Rs 1.766 billion), Crude Oil (Rs 1.310 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 606.001 million), Platinum (PKR 515.703 million), Silver (PKR 489.999 million), Natural Gas (PKR 242.545 million), DJ (PKR 240.947 million), Copper (PKR 121.508 million) and SP 500 (PKR 79.039 million). In Agriculture Commodities, 3 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 2.240 million were traded.
