KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 22.945 billion and the number of lots traded at 18,037. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 9.277 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.696 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 4.443 billion), Silver (PKR 1.365 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.181 billion), DJ (PKR 889.164 million), SP 500 (PKR 408.476 million), Platinum (PKR 367.912 million), Natural Gas (PKR 188.875 million), Copper (PKR 112.385 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 13.802 million).
