KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.586 billion and the number of lots traded at 9,746.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.245 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.141 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.922 billion), Platinum (PKR 939.596 million), Crude Oil (PKR 646.010 million), Silver (PKR 627.704 million), DJ (PKR 387.669 million), Natural Gas (PKR 239.187 million), Copper (PKR 230.300 million), SP 500 (PKR 176.087 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 30.205 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 2.561 million were traded.
