KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 12.136 billion and the number of lots traded at 13,311.

Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 6.062 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 PKR 2.072 billion, currencies through COTS PKR 1.398 billion, platinum PKR 537.369 million, crude oil PKR 516.185 million, silver PKR 510.732 million, natural gas PKR 459.087 million, copper PKR 351.924 million, DJ PKR 179.218 million, and SP500 PKR 34.916 million.

In Agricultural Commodities, 5 lots of cotton amount to PKR 3.558 million were traded.
