KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.165 billion and the number of lots traded 10,110.
Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 4.851 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 1.771 billion, DJ PKR 1.029 billion, NSDQ 100 PKR 852.495 million, silver PKR 656.132 million, platinum PKR 414.935 million, crude oil PKR 227.329 million, copper PKR 172.346 million, natural gas PKR 151.313 million and SP500 PKR 38.699 million.
In agriculture commodities, 3 lots of cotton amounting to PKR 1.732 million were traded.
