KARACHI: Gold prices on Thursday dropped by Rs800 to Rs114,200 per tola on the local market, traders said.
The price of gold per 10 grams also slid by Rs686 to Rs97,908 on the local market.
On the world market, the precious metal was quoted for $1949 per ounce, down by $16.
Silver was available for Rs1320 per tola; Rs1131.68 per 10 grams and $27 per ounce, traders said.
