South Korean flour mills buys 57,400 tonnes US wheat

HAMBURG: South Korea's Korea Flour Mills has purchased an estimated 57,400 tonnes of wheat set to be sourced from the United States in a tender which initially sought offers for 25,000 tonnes which closed on Thursday, European traders said.

Some 27,400 tonnes was bought for shipment between Nov. 15 and Nov. 30 while around 30,000 tonnes was bought for shipment between Nov. 10 and Nov. 25, they said.

A range of different wheat types was bought.
