Eiffel Tower goes dark to honor Beirut victims

France's Eiffel Tower went dark on Wednesday night to honor the victims of the Beirut explosion.
A candlelit vigil was also held outside the Sacre Coeur basilica in Paris. Earlier, Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo tweeted that they will turn off the light of the tower to pay tribute to the victims.
The mayor further said that Paris will provide an emergency aid of 100,000 euros, which is about $118,861 to Beirut.
